Quyu Huazhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Observation Of Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective Applying Quyu Huazhuo Decoction to treat stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis mutual knot type),the clinical effect of Quyu Huazhuo Decoction on stable angina pectoris was evaluated by observing the improvement of blood lipid(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),atherosclerosis index,PWV,IMT and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Methods In this study,60 patients aged 45-75 with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease(CHD)were selected from the outpatient department of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to November 2018.The changes of blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),atherosclerosis index,PWV and IMT were observed and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Result1.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in blood lipids decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),HDL-C increased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and atherosclerosis index decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).3.There was no significant difference in PWV and IMT after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.Quyu Huazhuo Decoction can alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris caused by phlegm and blood stasis,and reduce the integral of TCM syndromes.2.Quyu Huazhuo Decoction can improve the blood lipid structure and reduce the atherosclerosis index in patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm-blood stasis type.3.Quyu Huazhuo Decoction had no significant changes in carotid artery PWV and IMT in patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm-blood stasis type.
