| Objective:Objective to investigate the effect of reducing phlegm and activate-ing blood circulation on the quality of life,the effect of electrocardio-gram and the stopping rate of nitroglycerin in coronary heart disease p-atients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type).Methods:The patients enrolled from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilong-jiang University Of Chinese Medicine were selected from the outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.30 cases were accorded with the standard patients.All the p-atients were given the decoction of Chinese medicine.The patients wer-e treated with a course of 28 days as a course of treatment.The elect-rocardiogram of the patients were recorded in first days and twenty-eig hth days,the rate of nitroglycerin reduction and the quality of life wer e c-alculated,and the data were used in SPSS22.0.Do the treatment an d d-raw the conclusion.Result:1.Electrocardiogram curative effect:after treatment,the electrocardiog-ram curative effect shows that the total effective rate of ECG is 73.33%.2.Nitroglycerin stop rate:after treatment,the stopping rate of nitr-oglycerin showed that the stopping rate was 66.67%.3.Quality of life assessment(QOL):compared with before treatme-nt,the degree of physical activity limitation(PL),angina pectoris(AS),angina pectoris(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and cognitive degree(DP)of the disease were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1?Huatan Huoxue therapy can be used to treat coronary heart dis-ease patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis typ-e).2.The method of reducing phlegm and activating blood can reduce the rate of stopping nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pector-is(phlegm and blood stasis type).3.The application of Huatan Huoxue therapy can improve the qua-lity of life of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type). |
