ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea,to explore the mechanism of its action on primary dysmen-orrhea,so as to provide theoretical and therapeutic basis for the establish-ment of clinical path of TCM and multicenter and large sample clinical observation of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected for clinical treatment and observation, and the corresponding random Numbers were obtained according to the sequence of enrollment. They were divided into acupuncture group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. The acupuncture group need to acupuncture multiple points. The control group received ibuprofen orally. The patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles and followed up for 3 menstrual cycles. The patients in each group were counted before and after treatment and follow-up period,including:(1)safety observation;(2)Therapeutic effect observation:the most painful VAS score of menstrual period, the VAS score of immediate analgesic effect, the evaluation index and grade of pain symptom score, the CMSS,TCM symptom score;(3)Laboratory examination:PGFin venous blood and PGE2 in venous blood were measured to observe the improvement of patientsundefined condition before and after acupuncture treatment.Results1.The 0,3,6-month menstrual cycle most painful VAS score of menstrual period, the VAS score of immediate analgesic effect, the evaluation index and grade of pain symptom score, the CMSS,TCM symptom score, venous blood serum PGF,venous blood serum PGE2 value, compared with their 0-month menstrual cycle. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that both acupuncture group and control group were effective.2.In the 3rd and 6th menstrual cycles, there was significant difference in the control group(P<0.05),indicating the recurrence of the control group during the follow-up period. There was significant difference between different groups in the same period(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of acupuncture group was better than that of control group. The long-term effect of acupuncture is superior to that of ibuprofen.3.The VAS score of immediate analgesic effect in the first menstrual cycle was compared between the two groups, and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05 from 10 to 60min,indicating that the effect of the acupuncture group was significant from 10min to 60min.Compared with the control group at 0min,there was no significant difference at 10min(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference at 20-60min(P<0.05),indicating that the control group showed no significant effect at 10min,and it began to show effect at about 20min,and continued to show effect at 60min.This indicates that acupuncture has a quick effect.Conclusion1.Acupuncture is effective in treating PD.2.The onset time of acupuncture treatment of PD is faster than that of ibuprofen.3.The long-term effect of acupuncture on PD is superior to that of ibuprofen.
