Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the difference of clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the same acupoint in treating primary dysmenorrhea at different times. To provide a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and to provide evidence-based medicine basis for improving clinical efficacy. Methods:This study adopted a randomized controlled clinical study, taking patients with primary dysmenorrhea(type of cold coagulation and blood stasis)as the research object.Under the same condition of acupuncture prescription and techniques,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea(type of cold coagulation and blood stasis)who met the inclusion criteria were divided into regular acupuncture group and instant acupuncture group,36 cases in each group.Observation scale: Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS)and TCM Symptoms and Signs Scale were used as the main observation indexes, and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and infrared thermal imaging temperature analysis were used as secondary observation indexes. The differences before and after treatment and in the follow-up period were observed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in CMSS,VAS,TCM syndrome score and infrared thermal imaging temperature between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.(2)CMSS score: there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome scores: intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05);There were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period(P<0.05).(4)VAS score: intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period(P<0.05).(5)Infrared thermal imaging atlas temperature analysis: there was statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);There was no difference between the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period(P>0.05).(6)Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was93.94% and 91.43%,respectively,and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The therapeutic effect of regular acupuncture and acupuncture at any time on the improvement of pain symptoms is similar, but the therapeutic effect of regular acupuncture on dysmenorrhea syndrome and accompanying symptoms is significantly better than that of acupuncture at any time group.(2)From the long-term curative effect, the regular acupuncture group is better than the instant acupuncture group.(3)It is preliminarily considered that infrared thermal imaging technology can be used as an objective index to observe the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.
