Xiangchongyin For Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Observation Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiangchongyin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Xiangchongyin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods: 43 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)aged 40 to 65 years were selected as the study subjects.They all came from the outpatient department of cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed 40 cases.The effects of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin stop-and-drop rate,TCM syndromes,quality of life and safety of 40 patients before and after treatment were compared.Result:1.The curative effect of angina pectoris: the total score of angina pectoris after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the total effective rate was 87.5%.2.ECG effect: After treatment,the ECG ischemia situation was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate was 62.5%.3.Nitroglycerin cessation rate: Nitroglycerin usage decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the cessation rate of nitroglycerin was 62.5%.4.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate was 90%.5.Seattle Quality of Life Score: After treatment,physical activitylimitation(PL),angina pectoris attack(AF),angina stable state(AS),treatment satisfaction(TS)and disease awareness(DP)were all improved,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.Safety indicators: There was no significant difference in liver,kidney function and coagulation function between before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiangchongyin can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and the condition of ischemia of electrocardiogram in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).2.Xiangchongyin can reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).3.Xiangchongyin can improve the TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).
