Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Microvascular Angina Pectoris With Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction combined with basic western medicine in the treatment of stable MVA.Methods: The study was designed as a self-control study.The clinical diagnosis of microvascular angina pectoris(MVA)between 50 and 65 years old and 30 cases of Syndrome of chest obstruction and Cold Coagulation of Heart and vein in traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the study.All cases come from the outpatient Department of Cardiology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were treated with modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction 150 ml,twice a day,on the basis of western medicine diagnosis and treatment.To observe the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,angina pectoris attack and electrocardiogram before and after medication.and the attack of angina pectoris was observed one week after the end of the follow-up treatment cycle.The data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS22.0software.Results:1.Symptoms and curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine: the total scores of TCM symptom decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 96.67%.The Improvement of single symptom of traditional Chinese Medicine: chest pain,stuffy breath,palpitations,fear of cold limbs,cold sweating,fatigue,pale face,bluish lips,and so on.The scores of equal symptom were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.The frequency of angina pectoris attack: The frequency of angina pectoris attack decreased significantly after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P < 0.01).After one week treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment(P <0.01).After treatment compared with after one week treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks decreased significantly(P < 0.01).It shows that the cycle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is very important.One week after treatment(follow-up one week)Compared with after treatment,there was no significant difference(P =0.839).3.Change of resting electrocardiogram:Compared with pre-treatment,the number of ECG leads and the sum of voltage amplitude decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The addition of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable MVA has obvious advantages over that of simple western medicine.which can further improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,and improve the ECG ischemia.
