| Purpose:With the popularization of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),more and more patients after PCI have recurrent angina pectoris.In traditional Chinese medicine,angina pectoris belongs to chest pain,and the syndrome is mostly phlegm and blood stasis.Modified Banxia Decoction,using the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis to treat stable angina pectoris after PCI,improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.in accordance with.Methods and Observation Indicators:The patients included in the study were diagnosed as stable angina pectoris after PCI by western medicine,and diagnosed as chest pain and heart pain by traditional Chinese medicine,and the syndrome was phlegm and blood stasis.The patients included in the study were randomly divided into groups,and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The medication rules strictly followed the latest guidelines and were treated according to the patient’s condition.Specific drugs: aspirin tablets,isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets,metoprolol succinate Loer sustained-release tablets,rosuvastatin calcium tablets,nitroglycerin(the specific amount is adjusted according to symptoms),the treatment group was added with Chinese herbal decoction of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the observation period was four weeks.,the two groups were compared before and after treatment for angina pectoris curative effect,TCM symptom curative effect,electrocardiogram changes,blood lipids and serum homocysteine changes,and statistical analysis was performed.Conclusion:After four weeks of observation,the curative effect rate of angina pectoris,TCM symptoms,blood lipid levels and homocysteine levels were compared between the two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. |
