Clinical Observation Of Zhiyang Sanjie Decontion Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Nodular Prurigo

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine decoction(Zhiyang Sanjie Decoction)combined with fire needle in the treatment of nodular prurigo.Methods: A number of 80 patients of nodular prurigo with the type of blood stasis and wind-dryness who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Zhiyang Sanjie Decoction combined with the treatment of fire needle.And Dahuang Zhechong Pill were given to patients in the control group orally.Safety assessment were performed during the treatment period of 8 weeks.The quantitative scores of symptoms and signs and the quality of life scores of the patients before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were recorded and compared to analyze the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.At the end of treatment,14 cases of patients in the treatment group were cured,20 cases showed significant effects,3 cases were effective and 1 case was invalid,and the total effective rate was 89.47%;In the control group,6 cases were cured,18 cases showed significant effects,9 cases were effective,6 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 61.54%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was different(p < 0.05).2.At the end of the 4th and the 8th week after treatment,the symptoms,signs and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared within the group,indicating differences(p < 0.05);At the end of the 4th and the 8th week after treatment,the symptoms,signs and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared between the groups,which had differences(p < 0.05).3.The differences of symptoms and signs,and quality of life before and after treatment were positively correlated between the two groups.Conclusion:Zhiyang Sanjie Decoction combined with fire needle caneffectively improve the symptoms,signs and quality of life of nodular prurigo with blood stasis and wind-dryness.1.Zhiyang Sanjie Decoction combined with fire needle is a safe and effective method in the treatment of nodular prurigo with blood stasis and wind-dryness.
