Objective:By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN),the mechanism and potential of this therapy for postherpetic neuralgia were discussed, and more effective new ideas and new methods were provided for clinical patients of this type. Methods:Sixty patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster who met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 patients in both groups. In the control group, the corresponding segment of the lesion,Jiaji point and local Ashi point, were used for acupuncture. After qi was extracted, the electricity was energized, and the density wave(20Hz)was given. The needle was kept for 30 min. This method is once a day for 6days for a course of treatment, treatment interval of 1 day, continuous treatment for 3 courses. On this basis, the treatment group received local acupuncture and bloodletting cupping after needle extraction, and received treatment once every 2 days. The acupuncture points, manipulation, treatment time and course of treatment in the treatment group were the same as those in the control group. The changes of Visual Analogue Score(VAS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after treatment with the two methods were compared, and the scale results were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:1.A total of 60 patients were observed for clinical efficacy in this study, including 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.2.There were significant differences in VAS score,HAMA score and PSQI score before and after treatment between the two groups(p<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effectiverate of the control group was 83.33%,and that of the treatment group was93.33%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant results(p<0.05).4.The pain index of both groups was reduced after treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the pain relief score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Anxiety scale scores in both groups decreased after treatment, and the improvement effect of anxiety scale scores in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).6.The sleep conditions of both groups were improved after treatment, and the sleep improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the electroacupuncture group, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture,electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy are both effective methods for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. However, the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture cupping is significantly better than that of the electroacupuncture group.2.Electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy is significantly better than the electroacupuncture group in alleviating pain, improving anxiety state and improving sleep quality, which is a safe, effective and eco-friendly treatment method and worthy of clinical promotion.
