| Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic lung disease with poor prognosis.It is one of the difficult diseases of the respiratory system,and its pathogenesis is still not fully described.The incidence and mortality of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has gradually increased in recent years,and the population of the disease has become younger.Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is characterized by diffuse,progressive remodeling of the lung parenchyma with extracellular matrix deposition and irreversible scar formation.The median survival time is 3 to 5 years after the diagnosis time.Many cells and cytokines have been discovered in the pathological process of pulmonary fibrosis,and they play an important role in the process of pulmonary fibrosis.In this article,we will summarize the cells that play an important role in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,as well as cytokines,heredity,and aging,providing new ideas for the study of the pathogenesis,treatment and early diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis. |
