| Objective:The correlation between serum Betatrophin concentration and the severity of coronary artery stenosis in Xinjiang Kazak and Han nationality patients was further studied.Methods:Selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in the emergency department of the first affiliated Hospital of the Medical College of Shihezi University,patients who were hospitalized in the second department of the heart without diabetes,Among them,108 Kazakh and 115 Han were involved in this study.The patients in the group were evaluated by Gensini score system.According to the Gensini score,the subjects were divided into the patient group and the control group,of which 132 cases were in the case group and 91 cases were in the control group.The serum Betatrophin level was measured by immunosorbent assay(Elisa),the serum ANGPTL3 content was measured by AB-ELISA method,the serum LPL content was measured by Elisa,of triglyceride-(TG),-cholesterol-(TC),((TG),-cholesterol-(TC),)was measured.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.The measurement data were expressed as(x ±s),the independent sample t test was used for the comparison between the two groups,the analysis of variance was used for multi-group comparison,the Pearson correlation was used for correlation analysis,the Logistic regression and multiple linear regression were used for risk factor evaluation.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:1.Comparison of general baseline data between Kazakh and Han nationalities:There was no significant difference in the age and SBP,DBP between the two groups(P > 0 05),but the BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the two ethnic groups was higher than that in the control group(P < 0 05).The level of BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C in Kazakh group was higher than that in Han group(P < 0 05).2.Comparison of impaired glucose tolerance between Kazakh and Han nationality coronary heart disease group and control group:There was no significant difference in fructosamine and FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β between Kazakh and Han nationality patients and controls.The effect of diabetes mellitus and abnormal glucose tolerance on blood lipid was excluded in this study.3.Comparison of serum Betatrophin,ANGPTL3,LPL between Kazakh and Han nationality:The serum Betatrophin,ANGPTL3,LPL in Kazakh and Han patients was higher than that in control group(P < 0 05),and the serum Betatrophin,ANGPTL3,LPL in Kazakh case group was higher than that in Han nationality group(P < 0 05).4.The Gensini score of Kazakh was positively correlated with the traditional risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis and serum Betatrophin.There was a positive correlation between Gensini score and TC,TG,LDL-C(r = 0.204,0.454,0.452,P < 0.05).The Gensini score of Kazakh was positively correlated with Betatrophin(r = 0.446,P < 0.05).5.The Gensini score of Han nationality was positively correlated with the traditional risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis and serum Betatrophin.There was a positive correlation between Gensini score and BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C(r = 0.438,0.195,0.296,0.357,0.393,0.328,P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between Gensini score and Betatrophin in Han nationality(r = 0.393,P < 0.05).6.Logistic regression analysis showed that Betatrophin was a factor influencing coronary artery disease in Kazakh and Han nationality.In Kazakh population,the Y(Gensini score of coronary artery disease turning into dependent variable is 0,the Gensini integral ≥ 25 is 1),and TC,TG,LDL-C,Betatrophin,ANGPTL3,LPL is taken as independent variable(X1,X2.X6),logistic regression analysis shows that LDL-C,Betatrophin,ANGPTL3,is the independent variable).LPL was the influencing factor of coronary artery disease in Kazakh.In the Han nationality,the Y(Gensini score ≤ 24 and the Gensini integral ≥ 2 are the dependent variables of coronary artery disease.5)using BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C,Betatrophin,LPL as an independent variable,logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,LDL-C,Betatrophin was a factor affecting coronary artery disease in Han nationality.7.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that TG,Kazakh was a factor to promote the increase of Betatrophin.Taking Betatrophin as dependent variable Y,inclusion criteria α = 0.05,α output = 0.10,age,SBP,DBP,GLU,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,nationality(Kazak = 0,Han nationality = 1).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that TG,Kazakh was a factor to promote Betatrophin.Conclusion:1.The increase of Betatrophin may aggravate the coronary artery disease in Xinjiang Kazak and Han population,and TG,Kazak may be the factor influencing Betatrophin serological level.2.The level of Betatroxin was significantly higher in the case group,and the betatrophin level was associated with the degree of coronary artery disease,and Betatrophin could be a predictor of the severity of the coronary artery disease. |
