Objective The relationship between BNP,hs-CRP and the number of coronary artery lesions, coronary Gensini score and left main coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease was studied to understand whether the indicators have the ability to predict and evaluate coronary artery lesions. Methods Patients admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine,The second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.By inquiring the medical history, improving the electrocardiogram, myocardial enzyme and coronary angiography,125 patients with coronary heart disease were finally diagnosed, including 35 patients with acute myocardial infarction,38 patients with unstable angina pectoris, and 52 patients with stable angina pectoris.Acute myocardial infarction were 18 males and 17 females, aged 38 to 77 years,mean(52.4± 7.1)years;Unstable angina 20 males and 18 females, aged 40 to 75 years,mean(52.0 ± 7.5)years;stable angina 29 males and 23 females, aged 40 to 78 years,mean(53.5 ± 7.8)years.There was no significant difference in baseline data among the three groups(P>.05),which was comparable.Judkins method was used to perform left and right coronary angiography. The surgical results were evaluated by two experienced interventional cardiologists, and the Gensini score was calculated. All the patients were tested for BNP and hs CRP levels before surgery. The level of BNP was detected by fluorescence immunomonoclonal double antibody clamp method. If the detection result of BNP was less than 100pg/m L,it was indicated to be negative;the detection method of hs-CRP was scatter turbidimetry;if hs-CRP was less than 1.0mg/L,it was indicated to be negative.Three sets of statistics relevant information, including left main disease, number of diseased vessels,BNP,hs-CRP,coronary Gensini score,.Statistics count data were expressed as a percentage n(%),measurement data normally distributed with mean ± standard deviation(± s)expressed.Groups were compared using independent sample t-test and the paired t-test,chi-square test was used to compare rates between groups. The relationship between serum index BNP,hs-CRP and the number of coronary artery disease,Gensini score and left main artery disease was analyzed by statistical method. Results The single-vessel lesion rate of stable angina pectoris group, unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group decreased gradually, while the left main and multi-vessel lesion rates increased gradually, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the stable angina pectoris group, the BNP,hs-CRP and coronary Gensini scores of the unstable angina pectoris group and the acute myocardial infarction group were higher, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).BNP,hs-CRP and coronary Gensini score of unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group showed no significant difference(P>,0.05).Conclusion The severity of Coronary heart disease is closely related to coronary artery lesions and left main disease incidence,With the increase in the number of coronary vessel disease, the incidence of high risk patients gradually increase; The levels of BNP and hs-CRP are related to the incidence of left main disease and multi-vessel disease, and the severity of coronary heart disease can be reflected by the levels of BNP and hs-CRP in plasma to a certain extent. There was no significant difference in BNP,hs-CRP and coronary Gensini scores between the unstable angina group and the acute myocardial infarction group, suggesting that the evaluation value of BNP and hs-crp levels would decrease with the aggravation of cardiomyopathy.
