Research On Evaluation Index System Of Doing:Centers For Disease Control Standardization Construction In Hebei Province

Exploring the establishment of a scientific and rational,focused,operability and practicality comprehensive evaluation index system for the standardized construction of Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,providing a realistic reference for the future development of the disease prevention and control industry in Hebei Province(and laying Good foundation).Based on the modern management theory,literature and the spirit of relevant policy documents,based on the current situation of disease prevention and control in Hebei Province,through the literature analysis,expert interviews,group discussions and other methods to initially construct a comprehensive evaluation index for the standardized construction of the municipal disease prevention and control center in Hebei Province.At the same time,after two rounds of questionnaire surveys and expert consultations,the representativeness,rationality,scientificity and authority of the selected comprehensive evaluation indicators were further determined.(The recovery rate and efficiency of the questionnaire are 85.71%.The coefficient of variation and coordination coefficient of the experts for the evaluation of the indicators are 0.047 and 0.561,respectively,and the authority level is 0.83.The difference in the consistency coefficient of the evaluation indicators is statistically significant.)A comprehensive evaluation index system consisting of three first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators for implementing relevant national policies,standardized management and basic functions has been established,and corresponding evaluation rules and assignments have been formulated.According to the standard,the weights of the three first-level indicators are all 0.333.The indicator system includes indicators such as human resource management,infrastructure construction,business management,laboratory management,party organization construction,disease prevention and control,emergency response,inspection and testing,and scientific research and teaching.It has both quantitative and qualitative indicators.Objectively measured indicators also have indicators that require subjective judgment.The new design of the standardized construction comprehensive evaluation index system covers a wide range of content,the indicators are set scientifically and effectively;the expert enthusiasm and authority level are high in the expert consultation process,the experts’ opinions are better coordinated,the consultation results are credible,and the city is using the Delphi method.The comprehensive evaluation index system for the standardization construction of the disease prevention and control center is scientific and feasible;the actual evaluation analysis proves the comprehensive evaluation index system has operability and practicability.Figure0;Table10;Reference 60...
