Effect Of Buyang Huanwu Decotion On The Efficacy Of Qideficiency And Blood Stasis Type COPD Complicated With Pulmonary Hypertension In Remittent Stage

Objective : This study explored the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the remission of pulmonary hypertension caused by "qi deficiency and blood stasis type" chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods : Sixty patients with "qi deficiency and blood stasis type" chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment: the correct regular inhalant salmeterol Pine powder inhaler(Seretide))50/500 ug,one inhalation each time,every F1 every morning and evening.Observation group: besides the treatment of conventional Western medicine,the patients were additionally treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction,1 decoction / day,about 150 ml,administered at 09:00 and 15:00.The two groups were given drug intervention for 12 weeks.The TCM symptom scores,6-minute walk test,pulmonary systolic pressure,pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC)and hemorheology were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Observed indicators such as D-dimer and hematocrit were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.Results:1)The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment,and the patients in the observation group decreased even more,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90% in the observation group,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.7%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,P<0.05;3)After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of the two groups increased compared with the previous one,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4)After treatment,the systolic pressure of pulmonary artery in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5)After treatment,the pulmonary function of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement of the observationgroup was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6)After treatment,the level of D-Dimer and hematocrit(HCT)in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Experiments show that Buyang Huanwu Decoction for the treatment of "qi deficiency and blood stasis type" chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension in the remission period can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the exercise tolerance,and reduce the hypercoagulable state of blood.Buyang Huanwu Decoction has certain curative effect on the clinical treatment of "qi deficiency and blood stasis type" COPD combined with pulmonary hypertension,and provides a new direction for this kind of disease.
