Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with qi stagnation type.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,125 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction with qi stagnation type were selected from Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department of the First Surgical department and the Fourth Auns-intestines department,according to the random digital table method,they were randomly divided into western medicine therapy group(n = 42),traditional Chinese medicine enema group(n = 42)and electroacupuncture group(n = 41).In the western medicine therapy group,warm saline enema was given to the basic support therapy.The traditional Chinese medicine enema group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basic support therapy,and the electroacupuncture Chinese medicine enema group in traditional Chinese medicine enema group on the basis of treatment,given electroacupuncture treatment.After 7 days of treatment,The recovery time of intestinal function,the days of hospitalization,the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the overall efficacy and safety index,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups were observed and compared.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for data statistics and analysis.Results:1.A total of 5 patients fell off during the treatment period,a total of 120 cases were included in the clinical study.In the western medicine treatment group,2 cases fell off because of their own withdrawal during the treatmentprocess,the loss rate was 4.76%,and 40 cases were finally included in the western medicine treatment group.In the traditional Chinese medicine enema group,the removal rate was 4.76%,and 40 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine enema group,and one case in the electro-acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine enema group withdrew because it could not adhere to the treatment,the removal rate was 2.43%,and finally 40 cases were included.2.The recovery time and hospitalization time of intestinal function in electroacupuncture group were significantly shorter than those in traditional Chinese medicine enema group and western medicine therapy group,and the recovery time and hospitalization time in traditional Chinese medicine enema group were shorter than those in western medicine group(P < 0.05).There were statistical differences among the three groups.3.There was no significant difference between the three groups of TCM symptoms before treatment(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in the scores of TCM symptoms among the three groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the three groups were compared,and there were significant differences among the three groups(P < 0.05).Electroacupuncture Chinese medicine enema group Chinese medicine symptom score lower than traditional Chinese medicine enema group,western medicine therapy group.4.After treatment,the effective rate of western medicine group was78.57%,that of traditional Chinese medicine enema group was 89.66%,and the effective rate of electro-acupuncture Chinese medicine enema group was93.3%.Statistical analysis showed that the effective rate of electroacupuncture enema group was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine enema group and western medicine group(P < 0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine enema group was superior to the western medicine treatment group.5.Before and after treatment,the blood routine,liver function,kidney function,electrolyte and so on of all the patients did not have serious consequences related to the treatment,which indicated that electroacupunctureand traditional Chinese medicine enema had no effect on the treatment of adhesive intestinal infarction.Conclusion: Compared with traditional Chinese medicine enema and western medicine therapy,electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with qi stagnation type has a reliable,safe and effective,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the hospitalization time.
