| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bufei Yishen Prescription combined with salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation(Seretide)in treating patients with lung and kidney deficiency in remission stage of asthma,and to compare with Seretide group alone.The improvement of symptom scores and curative effect observation indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and to analyze its clinical efficacy and explore its mechanism of treatment of asthma.Methods:Sixty asthmatic patients with deficiency of both lung and kidney in remission stage were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized single blind design method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bufei Yishen Decoction combined with Seretide,while the control group was treated with Seretide only,and both groups were treated for3 months.Observed the two groups symptom scores,ACT scores,IgE values and T lymphocyte subsets value before and after treatment.The collected data were collected and processed.The results were obtained through statistical analysis.Finally,discussed and analyzed the dates,obtained the research conclusion.Results:1.Before treatment,the scores of symptoms,ACT,IgE and T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were not statistically significant,that is,there was good comparability.2.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(83.33%)was higher than the control group(53.33%),and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.01,it was indicated that the treatment group’s curative effect was more better than the control group.3.After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduce compared with those before treatment,except tinnitus(P=0.645)and cold limbs or five-heart upset heat(P=0.010)in the control group,the others were all P<0.01.The improvement of symptoms of fatigue,spontaneous sweating,susceptibility to colds,weakness of waist and knee,tinnitus,chills and limbs or five-heart upset and fever was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the shortness of breath was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,both groups were effective in increasing ACT score,compared with before treatment,P<0.01.And after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the another group(P<0.01).5.After treatment,both groups were effective in lowering IgE value,compared with before treatment,P<0.01.After treatment,the treatment group’s curative effect was better than the control group,P<0.05.6.After treatment,the two groups’value of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+compared with before are all P<0.01,it was had very significant difference(except CD4~+/CD8~+in the control group,there is no significant difference,P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group has significant difference in CD3~+and CD4~+(P<0.05).In CD8~+,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.P<0.01 in CD4~+/CD8~+,the difference is very significant.7.During the experimental treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups,And blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators had no obvious adverse effects.Conclusion:Combination of Bufei Yishen Prescription with YiqiGuwei,Harmonizing Yin and Yang,Bufei Yishen and relieving asthma can effectively improve the symptom score of patients with deficiency of both lung and kidney in remission stage,and has considerable clinical efficacy in increasing ACT score,lowering IgE value and increasing T lymphocyte subgroups.The combination of this prescription and Seretide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,Strengthen and regulate the patient’s physique and immune function,and improve the quality of life of patients.And there were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment,which indicated that the prescription was safe and reliable,and worthy of further research and exploration. |
