Objective:To observe the effects of Novolog and Detemir alone or in combination with dapagliflozin, acarbose or metformin on blood glucose control and variability in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:From November 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to The 1st Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were randomly divided into 4groups,receiving Novolog and Detemir(insulin group),Novolog and Detemir+dapagliflozin(dapagliflozin group),Novolog and Detemir+ acarbose(acarbose group),Novolog and Detemir+ metformin(metformin group)treatment respectively. The 7points profile of blood sugar and fluctuation index were compared. Results:After treatment, the blood glucose after lunch was lower in the dagliflozin group than that in the insulin group. For the pre-dinner point the value of blood sugar in the dagliflozin group and the metformin group were significantly lower than that in the insulin group, while there were no statistically significant difference on other time points.Compared with the insulin group,SDBG,PPGE,and LAGE of the other three groups were lower. The LAGE in dagliflozin group was lower than that in the other groups significantly. Conclusion:Novolog and Detemir combined with dapagliflozin can not only improve hyperglycemia effectively, but also reduce glucose fluctuations.
