Effect Of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery On Immune System In Patients With Rectal Cancer

Objective:To investigate the effects of enhanced recovery after surgery and traditional surgery on the immune system of patients during rectal cancer radical surgery.To study the advantages of using rapid rehabilitation technique in radical resection of rectal cancer from the immunological point of view。Methods:Chose 55 patients in our hospital with rectal cancer,divided into two groups,EARS group(26 cases),traditional surgery group(29 cases),extract the patients,peripheral venous blood on the first day before the operation and the first day after the operation,thethirddayaftertheoperation,andtheseventhdayafterthe operation,respectively.Measured the concentrations of CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD8~+T cells,IgA,IgM,IgG immunoglobulin and C-active Protein(CRP),to observe the postoperative exhaust time,hospital days and complications of patients,then compare all the monitoring indicator.RESULT:On the first day of surgery,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+4/CD+8 and CRP(P>0.05);Compared with the first day before surgery,on the first day after surgery,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,CD~+3,CD~+4,and CD~+8 decreased,and the level of CRP increased significantly.There is no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05);On the third day and the seventh day after surgery,the concentration of IgA,IgM,IgG,CD~+3,and CD~+4 in the two groups gradually recovered,and the concentration of CD~+8 gradually decreased,and the ERAS group was significantly better than the control group,there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).On the third day of surgery,the level of CRP reached a peak,and the traditional group was higher than the ERAS group,there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05);On the 7th day after surgery,the level of CRP decreased,and the ERAS group was significantly lower than traditional surgery group,there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05);The number of hospital days and the time of anal exhaust were lower in ERAS group than in traditional group,there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05);The number of postoperative complications was lower in ERAS group than in traditional group,there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of ERAS is applied to the radical operation of rectal cancer,which is helpful to protect the cellular immune function of patients and promote rapid recovery after surgery.
