Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Jiushoutang In The Treatment Of Post-infection Cough (Wind-pathogen Invading Lung Syndrome)

Objective:Reviewing and summarizing the ancient physicians’ perception of "cough" and "long rinse soup" is given priority to,observe the change of infection before and after treatment in patients with cough,in many ways evaluation "long rinse soup" the effectiveness of the treatment of infection after cough,preliminary reveals the correlation between the wind and cough after infection,for the rich evidence for clinical treatment of infection after cough ideas for reference.Methods:Eighty patients with cough after infection were selected from the outpatient department of pulmonary disease of mianyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to November 2018.A randomized control method was used to divide the eligible patients into 2 groups,40 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 40 patients in the western medicine group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given jiusou decoction for oral administration,while the western medicine group was given compound meoxanamine capsules.After 14 days of treatment,the changes in the scores of various symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated.Statistical analysis was conducted using spass23.0 statistical software.Result: 1.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in age,gender,course of disease and other baseline indicators before treatment,which was comparable.2.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 94.59% in the TCM group and 94.59% in the control group.The effective rate was 88.89%,with significant difference between the two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group.3.Both traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group can improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of post-infection cough patients,and in the treatment of main symptoms,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of western medicine group.Conclusion: Both western medicine and Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of cough after infection.Jiusou decoction is more effective in treating post-infection cough(fever-fever-fever-syndrome),with less adverse reactions,and can further improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used as a clinical reference prescription for compatibility.
