Objectives: A randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate the effect of auricular point pressure pills on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,to compare the efficacy of auricular point pressure pills and pseudo auricular point pressure pills on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,to explore whether auricular points have acupoint specific effect, and to clarify the inherent authenticity of postoperative analgesic effect of auricular point pressure pillsMethods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the auricular acupoint pressure pill group and the sham auricular acupoint pressure pill group.Auricular acupoint pressure pill group: select auricular acupoints: shenmen, sympathetic, rectum, anus.Sham auricular point pressure pill group: the auricular points not related to this disease were selected: eyes, tonsils, dorsal auricular kidney and dorsal auricular lung. The auricle skin of the two groups was disinfected 3 hours after surgery, and seed pressure pill stimulation was applied.Ask client to press each hole for 1 minute and every 2 hours. When the pain is severe, press each acupoint for 2 minutes and once every 1 hour.131/5000 Main indicators: VAS scores of the following conditions were recorded at 3 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours and 7 days after surgery: when defecating and when lying quietly.Secondary indicators: marginal anal edema score, analgesic pump utilization rate,Mc Gill pain questionnaire,Mankoski pain score, hospital anxiety and depression scale. The therapeutic effect and symptom score improvement of the two groups were observed.Results:1.The two groups performed well in the completion of the experiment. The basic indexes of the two groups(gender, age, course of disease, number of incisions of external hemorrhoids and number of incisions and stitches)were analyzed by SPSS22.0,and P > 0.05 was found, showing no statistical significance.2.After 48 hours of treatment,VAS score,Mankoski pain score,PPI pain score and PRI pain score were statistically analyzed in the experimental group and the control group when the patients were quiet and recumbent.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. After 72 h of treatment in the two groups, the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed when the patients were still and recumbent, and when they defecated,P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant. After 7 days of treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group and the control group was statistically analyzed when the patients were still and recumbent,P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.3.After 48 h of treatment, the analgesic effect of auricular acupoint pressure pills and pseudo auricular acupoint pressure pills in the two groups was statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the course of the trial,no adverse reactions related to therapeutic purposes occurred in either group. Conclusion:The auricular pressure pill group was better than the sham auricular pressure pill group in relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Ear point has acupoint specific effect. There was no obvious adverse reaction or local anaphylaxis in auricular point pressure pill method, which was safe and feasible for the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. It can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids, alleviate the pain of patients, and contribute to the recovery of postoperative patients with hemorrhoids, which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and is an effective analgesic method of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
