Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of FIG FIG sitbath in the treatment of postoperative edema pain after mixed hemorrhoids, and objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of FIG sitbath,so as to provide clinical basis for the clinical treatment of postoperative anal edema pain after mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat syndrome. Methods:A total of 90 hospitalized patients in the anorectal Department of Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022,who met the diagnostic criteria of postoperative edema of Western mixed hemorrhoids and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine as damp-heat syndrome, were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the day after surgery, the control group was treated with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution 1800ml.Every morning after stool and in the afternoon before dressing change, perform sit-bath treatment. The observation group was treated with fruit and fruit bidet therapy. After defecation in the morning and before dressing change in the afternoon, four ripe figs(about 20g)were selected and decocted in water for 20-30 minutes until 200ml,and then vacuum packed into bags with 200ml each.Bidet therapy was implemented from the first day after surgery.Put a bag of FIG soup package decoction into a bidet, add 1500ml boiling water, the temperature dropped to a suitable level(about 40℃),then the bidet treatment. After sitting bath, the same nurse took ordinary iodophor dressing change, anal embolization, hemorrhoid anti-inflammatory ointment for external use,a course of 7 days for two courses in a row. After the completion of treatment, patients should pay close attention to the wound edema, pain and wound healing by outpatient and telephone follow-up on the 3rd,7th,14th day and after discharge.Results:1.In terms of traumatic edge edema, the score of traumatic edge edema between the two groups at the 3rd,7th and 14th day after treatment was compared,P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference, indicating that FIG sitbath at the 3rd,7th and 14th day after treatment had better therapeutic effect on edema than potassium permanganate solution.2.In terms of pain at the edge of the wound, the comparison of the scores of pain at the edge of the observation group and the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,P>0.05,showed no statistical significance, indicating that FIG sitbath and potassium permanganate solution sitbath had no significant difference in the treatment of postoperative pain at the 3rd and 7th day after treatment.Comparison of pain scores between the two groups on the 14th day after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that FIG sitbath on the 14th day after treatment had a better pain relief effect on mixed hemorrhoids than potassium permanganate solution.3.In terms of postoperative wound healing time, the average number of days in the treatment group was 24.87±2.64 days, and that in the control group was 26.47±2.60 days. The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,which had statistical significance, indicating that FIG sitbath and potassium permanganate solution sitbath were superior to potassium permanganate sitbath group in postoperative wound healing time. Conclusion:FIG sitting bath can effectively relieve the anal edema pain after mixed hemorrhoids damp-heat syndrome and promote wound healing.
