Research On Treatment Of Abdominal Mass Medication By Famous Gynecologists Based On Data Mining Methods

Objective:By using data mining method,this paper summarizes the characteristics of symptoms distribution in abdominal mass and the treatment by gynecological celebrities,to find the connection between diseases,syndromes,prescriptions,and drugs.With a view to inheriting the experience of famous gynecologists and enlighten later scholars while improving the clinical efficacy.Methods:Electronically search Chinese Journal Full-text Database CNKI,VIP Database,Wanfang Database,and Biomedical Database,and download the literature on the treatment of abdominal mass of famous physicians,including the introduction of self-experience by gynecologists and the summary of their experiences.Then we manually searched the monographs of gynecologists to extract abdominal mass-related experience and medical records.Using an Excel spreadsheet to build a database,all data collected are classified according to the types of abdominal mass,classification of TCM syndromes,high-frequency drug efficacy,and the classification of sexual tastes.Finally,we use statistical methods to count all types of syndromes,classics,and traditional Chinese medicines for frequency statistics,apply association rules to mine potential connection between diseases,syndromes,prescriptions and drugs.Summarizing the drug laws of famous physicians treating abdominal mass can provide dialectical and medication ideas for the treatment of abdominal mass and improve the clinical treatment effect.Results:1.Among the 50 famous medical practitioners,a total of 168 monographs were collected that met the requirements,and the total number of prescriptions collected was 455.2.Among the 213 medical cases included,the age of onset was mainly female in childbearing age,mainly concentrated in 25-45 years of age,and the duration of illness was more than 1-10 years.3.Symptoms for the treatment of abdominal mass can be summarized as 4 kinds,the number of occurrences from more to less: qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,damp-heat and blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.4.The usual prescriptions for treating abdominal mass are: Guizhifuling Pill,Shixiaosan,Wenjingtang,Sinisan,Shaofuzhuyutang,Siwutang,Xiaoluowan,Xiaoyaosan,Didangtang,Gongwaiyun II haofang and so on.The usual experience for treating abdominal mass are: Xiaozhengwan,Hualiufang,Chaizhibaijiangtang,Xiaojiantang,Zigongjiliufang,Neiyi 1 Fang,Neiyi 2 Fang,Neiyi 3 Fang,Xuejiehuayu Tang,Bailiansanjie Tang,Buyangxiaozheng Tang,Bushenhuayu Fang and so on.5.There are 298 kinds of medicines for the treatment of abdominal mass,and the total frequency of drugs is 5448 times.Blood-activating and stasis-resol are the most used among them.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines are: Chishao,Ezhu,Danggui,Danshen,Fuling,Mudanpi,Baishao,Xiangfu,Puhuang,Taoren and Zaojiaoci.The two drugs commonly used in the treatment of abdominal mass are: Sanleng-Ezhu,Chuanxiong-Danggui,Chishao-Shijianchuan,Ruxiang-Moyao,Puhuang-Wulingzhi,Baihuasheshecao-Xiakucao,Sanqi-Xuejie,Haizao-Liujinu,Tubiechong-Shuizhi and so on.The three drugs commonly used in the treatment of abdominal mass are:Guzhi-Fuling-Taoren,Taoren-Guizhi-Mudanpi,Guzhi-Fuling-Mudanpi,Fuling-Taoren-Mudanpi,Sanleng-Ezhu-Chishao,Chuanxiong-Xiangfu-Danggui,Guizhi-Chishao-Fuling,Guizhi-Chishao-Taoren,Chishao-Taoren-Mudanpi and so on.6.For treating the abdominal mass,Chinese medicine herbs are based on the property of warm,cold and moderate second;based on the flavors of bitter,pungent and sweet;based on the meridian entry of liver,lung,spleen,kidney meridians.7.The traditional Chinese medicines commonly used in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are: Chuanxiong,Danggui,Baishao,Yanhusuo,Xiangfu,Ruxiang,Chaihu,Sanleng,Ezhu,Moyao,Huangqi,Baizhu etc.The commonly used Chinese medicines for kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are Fuling,Ezhu,Guizhi,Wulingzhi,Danggui,Shudi,Niuxi,Xuduan,Yinyanghuo,Tusizi,Shanyao etc.The commonly used Chinese medicines for damp-heat and stasis syndrome are:Chishao,Mudanpi,Ezhu,Danshen,Gancao,Xiakucao,Dahuang,Shijianchuan,Daxueteng,Banzhili an,Baihuasheshecao etc.The commonly used Chinese medicines for phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome are Fuling,Xiangfu,Zaojiaoci,Chuanxiong,Baizhu,Huangqi,Dangshen,Qingpi,Chenpi,Guizhi,Haizao,Jineijin etc.8.The syndrome differentiation of uterine fibroids is mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome;the syndrome differentiation of endometriosis is mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;the syndrome differentiation of adenomyosis is mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis,damp-heat stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;the syndrome differentiation of pelvic inflammatory mass is mainly damp-heat stasis syndrome;the syndrome differentiation of old extrauterine pregnancy is mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood Blood stasis is the main factor.Conclusion:1.The main pathogenesis of the disease is blood stasis and phlegm,dampness and heat blocking in uterine veins.The patients with a long course of the disease are often accompanied by insufficient viscera function,presenting a pathological state of mixture of deficiency and excess.The main pathogenesis of the disease is liver,kidney,lung and spleen,and the symptomatic medication is also regulating the functions of liver,kidney,lung and spleen.The medication for treating symptoms at different stages is also different.Long-term illness does not heal,or after surgery,mainly to supplement qi and blood,to restore the body’s righteousness;if the righteousness has been restored,the mass has not been removed,to break the main;if there is blood stasis after surgery,supplemented by Qi and blood products,and pay attention to adjust its diet,increase appetite,improve spleen and stomach function.3.GuizhiFuling Pill is the most commonly used classical prescription for gynecologists to treat diseases.It can be used in the clinic for various types of symptoms.Many of the experienced prescriptions of physicians
