Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine on pelvic mass after successful treatment of ectopic pregnancy,so as to provide an effective clinical basis for its clinical application.Methods:From April 2017 to December 2017,64 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given the reservation of Tao Er Xiao Zheng Tang with Huayu Xiaozheng enema.The control group was given oral treatment of Tao Er Xiao Zheng Tang.The changes of pelvic mass before and after treatment were compared between the treatment group and the control group,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0.Results:(1)Analysis of the maximum diameter of pelvic mass: two groups compared with the group,the overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine was better than the peach Curcuma Decoction for oral treatment of the pelvic mass after the successful treatment of ectopic pregnancy.(2)During the clinical observation period,no adverse events were found,suggesting that the comprehensive safety of Chinese medicine is better.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is better than Tao Er Xiao Zheng Tang in the treatment of pelvic mass after the successful treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
