| ObjectiveThis topic is based on traditional Chinese medicine in the two seemingly contradictory theory during pregnancy should be "blood sheng",or "qi sheng",this clinical retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of patients with early threatened abortion,by comparing the clinical efficacy and advantages of the two treatment methods of nourishing Yin and clearing heat and tonifying kidney and invigorating qi,combing with the theory and clinical,to explore,which doctrine conforms to the clinical practice,to seek theoretical basis for the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,to provide new ideas for the theory and clinical treatment of early threatened abortion.MethodsA review of the inpatient patients with early abortion with tonifying kidney and invigorating qi or nourishing Yin and clearing heat as the main treatment from December 2017 to December 2018 was conducted.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,81 cases were finally included.All the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.Collect relevant information of patients and input data into excel,establish statistical analysis method,adopt SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis,and comprehensively evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and safety of the two treatments.Results1.After treatment,13 cases(31.0%)were cured,10 cases(23.8%)were significantly effective,12 cases(28.5%)were effective,and 7 cases(16.7%)were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 83.3%in the tonifying kidney and invigorating qi group.There were 7 cases(17.9%)cured,13 cases(33.3%)significantly effective,9 cases(23.2%)effective,10 cases(25.6%)ineffective,and the total effective rate was 74.4%in the nourishing Yin and clearing heat group.The treatment in both groups could effectively improve the success rate of continued pregnancy.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,TCM syndromes of patients in both groups decreased significantly,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TCM syndromes of patients in both groups could be effectively improved by treatment.After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the tonifying kidney and invigorating qi group was superior to the other group.3.The levels of progesterone,estradiol and p-HCG in the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the differences before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the progesterone and estradiol(P<0.05),and the increase was slightly higher in the tonifying kidney and invigorating qi group.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and invigorating qi and nourishing Yin and clearing heat combined with western medicine can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with early threatened abortion,improve the level of progesterone,estradiol and β-HCG,and improve the pregnancy success rate.There is a slight advantage in the increase rate of tonifying kidney and invigorating qi combined with western medicine progesterone and estradiol.The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in the treatment results between the two groups,and the main pathogenesis could not be explored by this method.More appropriate clinical research methods should be sought in the future.Modern TCM research on diseases should strengthen the research and exploration of disease differentiation and treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The combination of the two is conducive to the solution of diseases and the development of TCM.From the clinical experience of the tutor,the main pathogenesis of disease differentiation and treatment is more focused on"kidney deficiency",and maintaining "qi sheng" during pregnancy is more consistent with clinical practice. |
