[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of functional exercise under the guidance of "combination of motion and static" on restoring joint function after total knee arthroplasty, and to provide reference for clinical practice.[Method] Among the total knee arthroplasty patients in the orthopaedic department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,62 patients who used the "combination of static and dynamic" functional exercise program after operation and those who used the routine functional exercise program after operation were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,50 patients were finally included in the study.Among them,24 patients were treated with the "dynamic and static" functional exercise program after operation, which was expressed in group A;26 patients were treated with the routine functional exercise program after operation, which was expressed in group B.Data of VAS score, knee mobility,HSS score and knee swelling were collected before operation,on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation.Statistical software spss21 was used to analyze and compare the effects of functional exercise of "combination of motion and rest" on knee functional rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty.[Result] 1.There was no significant difference in preoperative age,sex and lesion location between the two groups.(P>0.05)2.VAS score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);there was significant difference on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05).3.Joint range of motion: There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05).4.HSS score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05)5.Knee joint swelling: There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05).[Conclusion] 1.Functional exercise under the guidance of "combination of motion and rest" can promote the recovery of knee joint activity and function in early stage after total knee replacement, and the relief of pain and swelling of affected limbs is faster.2.The theory of dynamic-static combination has guiding significance for functional exercise after total knee arthroplasty. |
