[Objective]The purpose of this study was to compare the knee flexion,NRS pain score, patellar midpoint circumference, quadriceps femoris muscle strength, knee joint function score and functional exercise enthusiasm of patients after knee arthroplasty to observe the effect of Sling Exercise Therapy and Continuous Passive Motion on early functional exercise after total knee arthroplasty.By comparing the application value of the two exercise methods in the rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty the purpose of this paper is to provide a more scientific, effective, practical and economical rehabilitation program for patients after knee arthroplasty,so that patients can benefit more.[Method]In this study,67 TKA patients who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected by randomized controlled trial.Randomly divided into control group and experimental group,in which the control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing exercise guidance +CPM,and the experimental group was given routine rehabilitation nursing exercise guidance +SET.The knee flexion, knee patella midpoint horizontal circumferential diameter, quadriceps femoris muscle strength,HSS score of the two groups of patients before and after operation were evaluated to determine the influence of suspension exercise on the early rehabilitation effect of TKA patients.[Result]1.Baseline of two groups: there was no significant difference in socio-demographic,disease-related data and baseline evaluation indicators between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).2.Knee flexion in two groups: the results show that the knee flexion of the patients in the experimental group has improved after surgery, but the improvement effect of knee flexion of the patients in the experimental group is more significant at each evaluation time point after intervention(p < 0.05).3.NRS pain score in two groups: the results show that the postoperative knee joint pain of the two groups of patients has been improved, but the pain effect of the patients in the experimental group is more significant at 7 days,10 days and 14 days after operation(P < 0.05).4.The midpoint horizontal circumference of knee patella in two groups: the results show that the postoperative swelling of the knee joint in both groups was improved. However, the effect of knee joint swelling reduction in the experimental group was more significant at each evaluation time point after intervention(P <0.05).5.Muscle strength of quadriceps femoris in two groups: the results show that the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris in the two groups of patients was improved after operation, but the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris in the experimental group was improved more significantly 3 days,10 days and 14 days after operation(p < 0.05).6.The HSS scores in two groups: the results show that the HSS scores of the patients in the two groups have both improved, but the effect of improving the knee joint function of the patients in the experimental group is more significant at each evaluation time point after intervention(p < 0.05).[Conclusion]1.Sling exercise therapy can effectively improve the knee flexion of patients after TKA,improve the pain of patients after TKA,improve the swelling of knee joint, improve the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris, improve the score of knee joint function, and promote the rehabilitation effect of early functional exercise after TKA.2.Early sling exercise therapy after TKA can arouse patients’ enthusiasm for functional exercise, improve their rehabilitation enthusiasm and confidence, and do not increase the risk of complications.it is safe,non-invasive and effective,so it has clinical application value in bone and joint surgery,so it is worth popularizing and exploring a more optimized rehabilitation treatment plan.
