The Clinical Observation Of LC Postoperative Ileus While Treated By Fuzheng Oral Liquid

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and reliability of Fuzheng Oral Liquid by observing its clinical effect of LC Postoperative Ileus.The symptom of abdominal pain,bloating,nausea,vomiting,and the time of resuming peristaltic sound,first aerofluxus,first defecation,and the changes of serum motilin are observed after the Fuzheng Oral Liquid is used.Methods:The objective of the research is to observe and compare the effects of the two group cases.The 80 patients who finished gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the first group are treated with the Fuzheng Oral Liquid,correspondingly,other 80 patients who finished gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the second group are treated with regular solution.Both two group patients are observed in the symptom of abdominal pain,bloating,nausea,vomiting,and the time of resuming peristaltic sound,first aerofluxus,defecation,and the changes of serum motilin after the treatment.The clinical effect of the Fuzheng Oral Liquid to improve gastrointestinal function recovery is evaluated by the corresponding standard of clinical evaluation.The mechanism that the gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative is improved by the Fuzheng Oral Liquid is preliminary discussed.Results:There was no significant improvement of the treatment to nausea and vomitingby comparing with the control group,no significant difference present in statistics(P >0.05).The symptom of bloating is improved in treatment group,and the time of resuming peristaltic sound,first aerofluxus,first defecation are ahead,obvious difference present in statistics(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 82.5%,significant difference present in statistics among the two groups(P < 0.05).The results show that the main clinical symptom of POI is improved by the Fuzheng Oral Liquid,and the time spent of Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery is also reduced.The average value of motilin levels after two hours operation is a little lower than the value before operation in both groups,however,no significant difference present in statistics.The value in both two groups on the first day after the operation is smaller than value before operation,and it raises on the second day,obvious difference present in statistics(P < 0.05).It indicates that because of the operation and anesthesia,the motilin levels of the patients after gallstone LC operation is reduced on the first day,and raised on the second day.There is no significant difference in statistics among the two groups and two periods in the same group(P > 0.05).We can conclude that the usage of the Fuzheng Oral Liquid has no significant effect on the motilin levels of the patients after gallstone LC operation.There is no obvious adverse reaction after the Fuzheng Oral Liquid used.Conclusion:1.The treatment of POI by the Fuzheng Oral Liquid could obviously improve the ileus patient’s main clinical symptom after cholecystectomy in peritoneoscope,the time spent on resumption of gastrointestinal functions is reduced,no obvious adverse reaction observed.2.There is no significant effect on the motilin levels.3.Affected operative procedures and anesthetic,the ileus patient’s motilin level starts to reduce in two hours after cholecystectomy in peritoneoscope,it reaches the bottom of the value on the first day after cholecystectomy,and it raises on the second day.
