| Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of self-made prescription of qimai granules on hyperhidrosis with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods:Sixty children with hyperhidrosis in children who met the diagnostic criteria of primary local hyperhidrosis of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine qi and yin deficiency were selected.Using a simple randomized grouping method,the treatment group and the control group were each 30 cases.Treatment group was given qimai granules,but the control group was given virtual sweat stop particles.Comprehensive therapeutic evaluation after four weeks of treatment.Results:During the study period,2 groups of cases fell off,58 cases were actually completed,and 29 cases in the treatment group and the control group.1.Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared in three aspects(age,duration,and pre-treatment),and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable(P> 0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10 %,and that of the control group was 79.31 %,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P< 0.05).3.In terms of improvement of main symptoms,there were significant differences between the two groups in the pre-and post-treatment groups(P< 0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).4.In terms of improvement of secondary disease,there were significant differences between the two groups in the pre-and post-treatment groups(P< 0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The effective of qimai granules in treating children with qi and yin deficiency hyperhidrosis is better that of xuhanting granules.2.qimai granules have no obvious adverse reactions and side effects. |
