Clinical Observation Of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction In Treating Syndromes Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Prosperity Before And After Menstruation

Objective: To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction in the treatment of Yin def icienc y and internal heat syndrome before and after menorrhagia,and to explore the basis and medication characteristics of Zishen Tiaogan Decoction in the treatment of menorrhagia syndrome before and after menorrhagia,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of yin deficienc y and fire prosperit y s yndr ome before and after menorrhagia.Methods: Thirty-six patients with Yin-deficiency and Fire-excess syndrome before and after menopause were treated with Zishen Tiaogan Decoction for one month.The improvement of clinical symptoms,improved Kupperman score,TCM s ymptom score,serum sex hormone level,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were observed before and after treatment.Table(HAMA)score changes,using statis tical software SPSS20.0 for statistical anal ysis of data.Results: After one month of treatment,7 patients were cured,14 were obviousl y effective,12 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.67%.The modified Kupperman scor es and TCM symptom scores were significantl y lower after treatment th an before treatment(P < 0.05).Symptoms of hot sweating,irritability,palpitation short of breath,insomnia more than the dream improved the most obvious effect,the effective rate of m ore than 90%.Serum FSH and LH values were significantl y lower than b efore treatment,and the difference was statisticall y significant(P < 0.05).E2 level was significantl y increased,and HAMD and HAMA scale scores were significantly decreased.Conclusion: Zishen Tiaogan Decoction has definite clinical effect on treating various s yndromes before and after menopause of Yin deficienc y and Fire exuberance t ype.It has no obvious adverse reactions.It has obvious improvement on various clinical s ymptoms,can i mprove anxiety and depression of patients,and can also improve the l evel of serum E2.It not onl y embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease,but also provides a safe and effective treatment program for clinical practice,which is worth y of wide application.
