Ancient Literature Study On Dysmenorrhea By The Treatment Of TCM

Dysmenorrhea refers to women’s menstruation or before and after menstruation,periodic lower abdominal pain and swelling,or other illnesses accompanied by lumbar acid and other unfavorable symptoms.Because it appears regularly with the menstrual cycle,it seriously affects women’s physical and mental health.In Chinese ancient documents,the main understanding of dysmenorrhea is premenstrual evidence,that is caused by Qi stagnation,blood stasis,cold coagulation and other factors;Late menstrual asthenia,that is Qi deficiency,blood deficiency and other factors.Its causes are mostly due to lack of innate endowment,the deficiency of kidney qi,the deficiency of heaven and the deficiency of qi and blood in uterus Chongren,additionally other factors such as sensation of six sexuality,emotional injury,improper sexual intercourse and so on cause dysmenorrhea.In terms of treatment,there is Qi and blood to treat,on the treatment of falsity and reality,syndrome differentiation of viscera and bowel,pain time and differentiation of symptoms and signs from multiple perspectives.This paper adopts the method of documentary research,on the basis of summarizing the understanding and expression of dysmenorrhea by modern and ancient Chinese physicians,the development process of dysmenorrhea in past dynasties was sorted out comprehensively.The paper mainly includes two aspects:One is the definition of dysmenorrhea,the origin of the disease name,changes of etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical law,common prescriptions to elaborate.Understanding and description of dysmenorrhea by ancient doctors,reveal dysmenorrhea basic attributes and characteristics.Two is taking the Dynasty as the outline,systematically combing the understanding of dysmenorrhea by physicians of past dynasties,the ancient development of dysmenorrhea is divided Pre-Qin,Han,Jin and Tang dynasties,Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,Ming and Qing dynasties five Periods.The Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties were the foundational period for the understanding ofdysmenorrhea.To provide theoretical support for the study of dysmenorrhea from the aspects of female physiological material basis.The Jin and Tang Dynasties were the period of the development of ancient physicians understanding of dysmenorrhea,for example Origins and Symptoms of Various Diseases propose the mixture of deficiency and excess can lead to dysmenorrhea,enriched the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,A Thousands of Gold Prescriptions for Emergency and Qianjin Yifang have dysmenorrhea prescription.In the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,understanding dysmenorrhea the scope and depth of treatment have been further developed and improved.Four Great Masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasty have different opinions were put forward.Many doctors summarized dysmenorrhea in Ming and Qing Dynasties,which is a mature period for the understanding and development of dysmenorrhea research and clinical treatment.
