Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared polarized light therapy apparatus in the treatment of DeQuervain’sdisease. To find a simple,direct,economical,non-invasive,non-painful,simple operation for clinical treatment.Method: In this study,60 patients with DeQuervain’sdisease who met the diagnostic criteria were selected. All patients were from the outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each.In the treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared polarized light therapy apparatus was used. The control group was treated with flurbiprofen gel patch combined with infrared polarized light therapy apparatus. The improvement of pain, tenderness, swelling, rest pain and dysfunction before and after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was described.Result:1.VAS score comparison: comparison within the two groups, there was a significant difference between the treatment group before and after treatment(P < 0.01);There were significant differences between the control group after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.01);The results show that: Both can relieve pain,After treatment, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,Z =-0.317,P = 0.751 > 0 05,The difference was not statistically significant,The results showed that the two groups were similar in improving VAS score.2.Comparison of tenderness score: There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Comparisonbetween two groups,The degree of tenderness was observed in both groups after treatment,No significant difference,P = 0.495 > 0 05,Not statistically significant.3.Swelling score comparison: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The decrease was more obvious in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of rest pain score: There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The decrease was more obvious in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Functional impairment score comparison: There were significant differences in the improvement of dysfunction before and after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.01).The improvement of dysfunction was more obvious in the treatment group,The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).6.The total score of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups: The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed before treatment,There was no significant difference in the data(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).Comparison between groups: After treatment, the median total clinical symptom score and the upper and lower quartiles of the treatment group were smaller than those of the control group,Z=-4.711,#P =0.000 < 0.01.The difference was statistically significant,The results showed that the total clinical symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.7.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67% and 90.00%respectively,After Ridit analysis,Z =-3.909,P =0.000 < 0.01,The difference between the two was statistically significant,The results showed that theoverall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.8.Comparison of recurrence rates : The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. The results showed that the treatment group could better reduce the recurrence rate of DeQuervain’sdiseaseConclusions:1.Both the treatment group and the control group had good clinical effect in treating DeQuervain’sdisease,The two groups were similar in clinical symptom improvement in VAS score and tenderness,The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of swelling, rest pain and dysfunction,The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with the infrared polarized light therapy instrument can reduce the pain, tenderness, swelling, rest pain and dysfunction of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared polarized light therapy can reduce the recurrence rate of DeQuervain’sdisease.3.Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared polarized light therapy is conducive to the full absorption of drugs. It is simple, direct, economical and painless, and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
