| Objective: This study intends to conduct a clinical observation and research on the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by using the experimental design method of digital randomized control and prospective study. Methods : A total of 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease who met the criteria were recruited from the fifth inpatient and outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with head acupoint catgut embedding and conventional acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, with one course of treatment for 7 days and a total of 4 courses of treatment.Result: 1.Balanced comparison between the two groups of baselinesAge,gender, duration, staging of patients in two groups was score comparison were no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05),suggesting two groups of baselines are consistent and comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatmentThe total scores of daily life in the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment, with a total effective rate of 96.67% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement difference between the two groups was significantly statistically significant(P < 0.01).The total score of depression in the treatment group and the control group both improved after treatment, with a total effective rate of 96.67% in the treatment group and83.33% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement difference between the two groups was significantly statistically significant(P < 0.01).This indicates that the head acupoint catch-embedding is more effective than conventional acupuncturein treating Parkinson’s disease.3.Comparison of H-Y stages before and after treatment between the two groupsThere was a significant difference in H-Y stage distribution between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.4.Comparison of results before and after treatment between the two groupsThere was no significant difference in the UPDRSII score between the two groups before treatment,P > 0.05,that is,it was comparable. After treatment, the daily life activities of the two groups were improved, and the UPDRSII score between the two groups after treatment was significantly different,P < 0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups,P= > 0.05,indicating comparability. The depression of patients in the two groups was improved after treatment, and the comparison of HAMD score between the two groups after treatment was P < 0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better. Conclusion : 1.For the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, head acupoint catch-embedding and common acupuncture have certain effects.2.Compared with the general acupuncture group, the overall efficacy of the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by head acupoint catch-embedding has significant advantages. The clinical symptom score of the patients has been significantly reduced, and their clinical symptoms and signs have been significantly improved.3.The treatment of Parkinson’s disease by using acupoint catgut embedding is an innovative and effective method. |
