| Objective: In this study,patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects,and the research method of randomized controlled trial was adopted.By observing the results of clinical randomized controlled trials,the efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was compared with that of conventional acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the efficacy and feasibility of cervical Jiaji acupoint catgut embedding therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was tested.To provide corresponding theoretical basis and reference value for the standardization and promotion of cervical Jiaji acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinical practice.Methods: Seventy-two patients with cervical radiculopathy who had been diagnosed and met the inclusion criteria were selected.IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to make a randomized scheme.Patients with radiculotic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,and each was treated for 1 course of treatment.The method of acupoint catgut embedding for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients was set as the treatment group,with catgut embedding once every two weeks and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The control group with routine acupuncture treatment with millimeter needle was set up,acupuncture was performed 5times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the end of the experiment,the data were collected,and the total effective rates of different treatment methods in the two groups were calculated by SPSS statistical method.The scoring results of the two groups were observed before,after and 1 month after the end of the treatment,and the differences in clinical efficacy before,after and 1 month after the end of the treatment were analyzed and compared,and the experimental conclusions were drawn.Results:(1)The comprehensive scores of Yasukhisa Tanaka Cervical Spondylosis Symptom and function Assessment Scale:(1)Intra-group comparison:the two groups of subjects were compared before and after treatment,before treatment and 1 month after treatment,and the SPSS statistical method was used to conclude that the res ults were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of acupoint embedding group and acupuncture group were compared after the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Co mparison between groups: After treatment,symptom function scores of subjects in two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05);One month after the end of treatment,there was still significant difference in scores between the two groups(P < 0.05)(2)the VAS score comparison vision:(1)withinthe group comparison: respectively before and after treatment,the two groups before and after January treatment group in comparison,the conclusion has significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint thread-embedding group after treatment and 1 month after treatment(P > 0.05).Routine acupuncture group after the treatment with 1 month after the end of the treatment,the conclusion has significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The scores of acupoint embedding group and acupuncture group after treatment were compared,and the statistical results showed a significant difference(P <0.05);There was still a significant difference between the acupoint embedding group and the acupuncture group 1 month after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of comprehensive scores: The experimental results of subjects in the two groups after treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment showed that there were significant statistical differences(P < 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups were comparable.Conclusion:(1)Both acupoint catch-burying and conventional acupuncture have certain curative effects in the treatment of patients with radiculotic cervical spondylosis,but the comprehensive evaluation score of the acupoint catch-burying group is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group,and the total effective rate is much higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group,indicating that the acupoint catch-burying therapy has more obvious improvement in the overall cervical spine function of patients with accurate curative effect.(2)From the perspective of the lasting effect after the end of one course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the effect of acupoint embedding group after the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,and the effect was long-lasting.However,there was a significant difference between the efficacy of patients in the conventional acupuncture group after the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,with a large range of change,prone to relapse. |
