Clinical Efficacy Of Chaihu Shugan Powder In The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation After Intervention Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:to investigate the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on patients with liver-qi stagnation type after interventional therapy of liver cancer,and to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical treatment of patients with liver-qi stagnation type liver cancer after interventional therapy.At the same time,it also explores a more effective method for the treatment of liver-qi stagnation liver cancer after intervention.Methods: a total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer with stagnation of liver qi were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with TACE interventional therapy,while the control group was treated with TACE alone for 8 weeks.Before treatment,4weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were evaluated once each,a total of 3 times.The tumor size,serum tumor markers,Karschner score,TCM syndrome score and liver function were evaluated by statistical method before and after treatment.Results:1.In the evaluation of the objective criteria of solid tumors,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(,(p > 0.05).2.The AFP level of tumor marker was compared between the treatment group and the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(p <0.05).4.In the aspect of TCM syndrome integration,the treatment group and the control group decreased before and after 4 and 8 weeks,and the difference was of statistical significance(p <0.01).5.Compared with the control group,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT were significantly reduced in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions:1.Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with TACE interventional therapy can stabilize the tumor size and reduce the tumor markers in serum.2.Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve the proportion of Karst score, alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.3.Chaihu Shugan Powder can effectively improve the liver function of patients.
