Clinical Study On The Effect Of Chinese Emtional Therapy Combined With Chaihu Shugan Powder On Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome Of Primary Liver

Objective:Through the intervention treatment of patients with liver cancer syndrome of liver qi stagnation by Chinese emotional therapy combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder,this subject observed the clinical efficacy and evaluated the efficacy of Chinese emotional therapy combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in improving the negative emotions and improving the quality of life of patients with liver cancer syndrome of liver qi stagnation.It provides a new idea and method for treating liver cancer patients with qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:The patients selected from the Oncology Department of Laizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to October 2022 met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria,and were diagnosed as primary liver cancer patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome.According to the inclusion criteria,the sample size was 74 cases,and the experimental subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases),and the control group was given Chinese emotional therapy;The treatment group was given emotional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder.Chaihu Shugan Powder was given one dose a day,morning and evening,twice after meals,for 4 weeks.Chinese emotional therapy summarized by Li Sen was selected for this clinical trial.Chinese emotional therapy was performed once a week for at least 30 minutes each time for a total of 4weeks.The changes of depressive state,TCM syndrome scale score,KPS score and safety evaluation were observed and recorded before and 4 weeks after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 89.19%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes.TCM main symptom score: Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in loss of interest,right flank pain,facial depression,bother or irritability,and fond of Taixi scores(P>0.05),After treatment,the scores of loss of interest,right flank pain,depression,bother or irritability,and fond of Taixi in both groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),And the treatment group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);TCM secondary symptom score: Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of fatigue,insomnia,appetite loss,chest and stomach fullness,eating less(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue and weakness,insomnia,decreased appetite,thorax and hypoxic distension,eating less in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),In addition,the scores of fatigue,insomnia,appetite loss,thorax and hypoxia in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Depression status assessment:There was no significant difference in Hamilton depression scale scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,Hamilton depression scale scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the Hamilton depression scale score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)KPS score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,KPS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and KPS scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).It shows that the treatment group has more advantages in improving the quality of life of patients.(4)Safety index evaluation: Before and after treatment,blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram indexes of the two groups tended to be stable,without obvious abnormality.Conclusion:The clinical application of emotional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of liver qi stagnation syndrome of primary liver cancer patients can receive good therapeutic effect,Compared with simple Chinese emotional therapy,it can better improve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life for patients,and has an auxiliary effect on the treatment of diseases,And no obvious side effects,safety is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
