Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Jiyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Copd Stable Stage Complicated With Depression (Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jieyu Decoction on stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with depression(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome)and its influence on HAMD,CAT and BODE index scores.Methods:We selected 70 outpatients with stable COPD complicated with depression(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome).The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Both treatment group and control group were given tiotropium bromide powder inhalation and psychological counseling treatment.The treatment group was given Yiqi Jieyu Decoction orally on the basis of the above treatment.The treatment period was 4 weeks.Appling SPSS21.0 statistical software for analyzing all the data,we record traditional medication symptom scores,lung function,HAMD,CAT and BODE index before and after treatment.Result:1.Compared with the two groups,the HAMD scores of the two groups decreased after treatment P<0.05;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group P<0.05;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,compared with the control group P<0.05,the treatment group was significantly effective.2.Compared with the two groups,the CAT scores of the two groups decreased after treatment P<0.05;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group P<0.05.3.Compared with the two groups,the BODE index scores of the two groups decreased after treatment P<0.05;the treatment group was better than the control group P<0.05;After treatment,the scores of 6MWD,mMRC and BMI in the treatment group were compared P<0.05;the scores of 6MWD and mMRC in the control group were compared P<0.05;the scores of BMI in the control group were compared P > 0.05.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving 6MWD and mMRC P<0.05.4.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,both within and between groups were P<0.05;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving mental fatigue,depression,poor appetite,insomnia,lumbar and knee weakness P<0.05;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,compared with the control group P<0.05,the treatment group was significantly effective.5.After treatment,there was no difference in the number of pulmonary function,both within and between groups.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Jieyu Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms of COPD patients with stable depression(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome).It has significant advantages in improving mental fatigue,depression,poor acceptance,insomnia and weakness of waist and knee.2.Yiqi Jieyu Decoction could reduce HAMD score,CAT score and BODE index score of patients with COPD patients in stable depression(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome),and improve the quality of life of patients.
