Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of YKL-40,GDF-15,OPG and coronary artery disease by looking at the correlation between serum YKL-40,GDF-15,OPG level and SYNTAX score in patients with coronary artery disease,In order to guide clinicians more better.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2018,a total of 172 patients from Second clinical college of Chengde Medical college examined by coronary angiography and diagnosed with coronary heart disease,according to the angiography results statistical SYNTAX score.Then,according to the statistical results were divided into low-risk group(SYNTAX score ≤22)and high-risk group(SYNTAX score >22).Serum YKL-40,GDF-15 and OPG level were detected by ELISA.Results:Compared with low-risk group,Serum YKL-40 level was significantly higher in high-risk group [(179±42)vs(145±46),P < 0.001].Serum GDF-15 level was significantly higher in high-risk group [(1948±449)vs(827±251),P < 0.001].Serum OPG level was significantly higher in high-risk group [(672±48)vs(437±72),P < 0.001].The serum YKL-40 level had some positive correlation with SYNTAX score(r=0.482,P < 0.001).The serum GDF-15 level had some positive correlation with SYNTAX score(r=0.471,P < 0.001).The serum OPG level had some positive correlation with SYNTAX score(r=0.496,P < 0.001).In ROC curve analysis,The area under cure for YKL-40 in STNTAX score>22 diagnosis was 0.772(95% CI:0.659-0.870;P<0.001),with the sensitivity of 82.6% and specificity of 73.9%,at the optimal threshold of 172.4ng/mL.The area under cure for GDF-15 in STNTAX score>22 diagnosis was 0.679(95% CI:0.643-0.790;P<0.001),with the sensitivity of 79.4% and specificity of 88.2%,at the optimal threshold of 1768.7ng/L.The area under cure for OPG in STNTAX score>22 diagnosis was 0.725(95% CI:0.693-0.889;P<0.001),with the sensitivity of 80.2% and specificity of 74.8%,at the optimal threshold of 625.3ng/L.Conclusion:Serum YKL-40,GDF-15 and OPG level may be the effective biomarker for diagnosing coronary heart disease and assessing the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
