| In 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the Circular on Policies and Measures to Promote the Accelerated Development of Social Medicine,which,in order to clearly promote the flow and sharing of resources,explored various ways to establish regional inspection and inspection centres,open to all medical institutions,in the form of public or private public assistance.In the last two years,large public hospitals in some regions.In October 2015,YJ General Sanjia Hospital("A Hospital")and Guangzhou D Testing Center("D Company")jointly established the Regional Medical Testing Center(“AD Testing Center”)in order to consolidate high-quality primary medical resources,raise the level of medical services,increase the scale of medical impact,and establish independent medical testing centers and consolidate the inspection resources of primary medical institutions in the region.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of AD testing center by means of SWOT analysis and 7Ps marketing combination analysis tool.And the product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,physical display and service process 7 elements,to AD testing center in the current problems in marketing strategy,proposed countermeasures.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote a better grade diagnosis and treatment in A region,improve the marketing level of medical services,and to innovate the marketing strategy of the companies in the industry. |
