Evaluation On The Effect Of SPD Supply Chain Management In The Hospital A In XPCC

Objective:Establish an evaluation index system for the SPD supply chain management effect of A hospital,and evaluate the effect of SPD supply chain management on the hospital’s drugs.To understand and analyze the difficulties and countermeasures in the process of implementing SPD supply chain management in the hospital,and provide reference and suggestions for the SPD supply chain management of hospital in XPCC.Methods: Through the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of the SPD supply chain management effect of A hospital was established.Investigate the relevant data and data of the A hospital from January 2017-2018 before and after the implementation of SPD supply chain management.T-test,chi-square test and TOPSIS method were used to analyze the changes of the performance indicators before and after the implementation of drug SPD supply chain management in hospital A.Conduct qualitative interviews with relevant person in charge of SPD project of A hospital to understand and analyze the difficulties and countermeasures of implementing SPD projects for drugs.Results: 1.A hospital SPD supply chain management effect evaluation index system,including 4 first-level indicators,16 secondary indicators.2.In 2018,the amount of inventory at the end of the pharmacy and central pharmacy of hospital A was lower than that of 2017(P=0.01,P=0.005).In 2018,the prescription treatment time and patient waiting time of outpatient pharmacy in hospital A were lower than that in 2017(P<0.05).In 2018,the detection rate of drug in the A hospital and the rate of drug reported were lower than that in 2017(P<0.05).In 2018,the number of pharmaceutical suppliers in hospital A decreased from 32 to 12,and the concentration of suppliers increased by 62.5%.In 2018,the results of TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation of drug management related indicators in hospital A were better than 2017(Ci=0.063 in 2018,Ci=0.023 in 2017).3.The difficulty of implementing SPD supply chain management in A hospitals mainly comes from the external environment and internal links.The external environment includes: policy,economic,social and technological factors;internal links include: supply links,inventory links and distribution links.Conclusions: By constructing the hospital SPD supply chain management effect evaluation index system and evaluating it,it is found that SPD supply chain management model can improve the quality and efficiency of hospital drug management,reduce the cost of drug operation and management,and ensure the safe supply of drugs.The hospitals in XPCC need to consider the characteristics of their own scale and medical material management mode,establish SPD model that conforms to their own development,and play the role of drug SPD supply chain management,so as to reduce drug management costs and improve management efficiency.
