Research On The Medical Care And Pension Services Integration In Public Hospitals

Pension is one of the most important social problems in China.As the increasingly serious aging trend in China,the traditional pension mode in China is hard to sustained.As a new type of pension mode,the combination of medical and pension can effectively integrate medical resources and pension resources,and provide a new way for the pension problem,and the voice of “combination of medical and pension” is becoming increasingly prominent in society.As the “combination of medical care” is a new mode in China,its operation mode is incomplete,as the main participants of medical institutions and pension institutions are still in the system,“the medical institutions can not provide pension services” and “the pension institutions can not provide medical service” is a difficult problem.Therefore,it is an urgent task for China to actively respond to the aging of the population and realize the development of high quality.Public hospitals as the main research object,this paper takes "medical care combination" as the foundation of the practice of medical and pension institutions in China,and takes the systematic analysis as the guide,and takes literature,expert consultation and case method to make a comprehensive analysis on the current practice and problems of “combination of medical and pension” in China.Through the systematic study of the current situation of the development of the mode of “combination of medical and pension” in China,the characteristics and problems of the model are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of establishing the model of "combination of medical care and nourishing" is demonstrated.On the basis of this,in view of the comprehensive analysis of the “combination of medical and pension” model of public hospitals in China,the advantages and disadvantages of promoting the “combination of medical and pension” are clearly defined,and combined with the national policy and the experience at home and abroad,the problems of administrative barriers,insufficient medical resources,lack of full-time personnel and low management level are put forward.It is suitable for public hospitals to develop “combination of medical and pension”,that is to improve the content system of “combination of medical and pension”,to improve the construction of the basic facilities for the combination of medical care in public hospitals,to strengthen the training of medical personnel in combination with professional talents,to strengthen the organization and establishment of “combination of medical and pension” in publichospitals,and to strengthen the “combination of medical and pension” in public hospitals.Mode innovation and other ways to achieve healthy,sustained and rapid development of“combination of medical and pension” in public hospitals.In summary,public hospitals can be used as the leading mode of “combination of medical and pension”,and continue to integrate with the pension institutions.Among them,it is effective to provide a comprehensive and specific mode of service for medical care,such as setting up pension beds in public hospitals,or increasing medical departments in traditional pension institutions,transforming one level and two level public hospitals into elderly rehabilitation centers and nursing homes.Figure4;Table5;Reference 51...
