Objective: To analyze the expression of S100 B protein in serum and placenta of pregnant women with early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia, and to analyze the correlation between S100 B protein expression in serum and placenta of the same pregnant women, and to study early and late-onset preeclampsia.Pathogenesis,to explore the role of S100 B protein in the onset and prediction of early and late onset preeclampsia,to improve the prognosis of maternal and fetal. Methods: From January 2017 to May 2018,90 pregnant women who gave birth by cesarean section were selected from the pregnant women who gave birth to the obstetrics in the Eastern Hospital of Qingdao Municipal Hospital.Among them,30 pregnant women with early onset preeclampsia(pregnancy)30 patients(week <34 weeks)and late-onset pre-eclampsia pregnant women(onset gestational weeks ≥ 34 weeks)were the experimental group,30 healthy pregnant women who died of cesarean section for various reasons were healthy controls. There was no significant difference in the age of all pregnant women(P>0.05);all were primipara, single pregnancy, natural conception,no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction,no abnormal pregnancy history,no bad habits;delivery methods are epidural plus lumbar anesthesia lower uterus transverse incision cesarean section. The expression of S100 B protein in the serum of three groups of pregnant women was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Reverse ranscription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blotting(WB)were used.method was used to detect the expression levels of S100 B mRNA and protein in placental tissues of three groups of pregnant women, and to analyze the correlation between S100 B expression in serum and placenta of the same pregnant women.Results:S100B protein was expressed in serum and placenta tissues of three groups of pregnant women:(1)S100B protein was expressed in the serum of three groups of pregnant women,0.30±0.15ng/ml in the early-onset group and 0.12± in the late-onset group.0.03 ng/ml,and the healthy control group was 0.10±0.04 ng/ml.The expression level of S100 B protein in serum of early-onset preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of late-onset group and healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the latter two groups(P>0.05).(2)S100B mRNA was expressed in the placenta tissues of the three groups of pregnant women,0.77 ± 0.13 in the early-onset group,0.58 ± 0.05 in the late-onset group, and 0.52±0.08 in the healthy control group. The expression level of S100 B mRNA in placenta of early-onset preeclampsia group was significantly higher thanthat of late-onset group and healthy control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the latter two groups(P>0.05).(3)S100B protein was expressed in the placenta tissues of three groups of pregnant women,0.38±0.10 in the early-onset group,0.17± 0.03 in the late-onset group, and 0.15±0.07 in the healthy control group. The expression level of S100 B protein in placental tissue of early preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of late-onset group and healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the latter two groups(P>0.05).(4)For the same pregnant woman, the higher the expression level of S100 B protein in the placenta tissue, the higher the expression level of S100 B protein in serum, which is positively correlated.Conclusion:(1)The expression of S100 B protein in serum and placenta of early preeclampsia is increased. For the same pregnant woman, the higher the expression level of S100 B protein in the placenta tissue, the higher the expression level of S100 B protein in serum is positively correlated.(2)S100B protein may be related to the occurrence and development of early onset preeclampsia;(3)The pathogenesis of early and late onset preeclampsia may be different.
