Clinical Research On Mongolian Medicine Bloodletting Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation Training For Treatment Of Lumbar Back Muscle Fasciitis

Objective: To observe the clinical research and the safety of Mongolian medicine acupuncture cupping therapy and rehabilitation function exercise in the treatment of back myofascitis,this disease is to find a simple,low-cost treatment,give you one more treatment options for patients and doctors.Methods: this topic is from January 2017 to December 2017 trial in 60 for myofascitis clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,the randomly selected 30 patients met the diagnostic criteria into treatment group,30 cases in line with the diagnostic criteria included in the control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and cupping of Mongolian medicine and rehabilitation training,acupuncture and cupping 20 minutes 1 times,1 times,4 days,3 times for 1 course of treatment,rest time to do rehabilitation exercise for 10 minutes 1 times,1 times,4 days,3 times for 1 course of treatment.The control group was treated with high frequency electrotherapy and medium frequency therapy,each 20 minutes 1 times,1 days 1 times,10 days as the 1 course,the rehabilitation exercise was the same as the treatment group.After treatment,VAS score was used.JOA was evaluated according to the pain rating scale.After 1 courses of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The tables were filled out,database was established,and SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result: Baseline data were compared between the two groups,including gender,age,course of disease,and observation indicators.There was no significant difference in X2 test and t test(P > 0.05).The total curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the effect of the acupuncture and cupping group was safe,cheap,simple and cheap.Mongolian medicine acupuncture cupping therapy and rehabilitation exercise for the treatment of back myofascitis has good clinical efficacy in reducing pain,at the same time,less cost,short time,high patient satisfaction,high safety,suitable for clinical application in the future.
