ObjectiveBy comparing the clinical effects of conventional acupuncture and exercise aponeurotic acupuncture on low back myofasciitis, objectively evaluate the improvement of exercise aponeurotic acupuncture on the dysfunction, symptoms and signs of patients with low back myofasciitis and its long-term Curative effect.MethodsThe 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table 1:1,namely the observation group(exercise aponeurotic acupuncture group)and the control group(conventional acupuncture group),30 cases in each group. In the acupuncture group,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Shangliao,Weizhong and Ashi were selected. The exercise aponeurotic acupuncture group is to pierce the needle into the fascia layer, and the patient performs a specific needle movement under the guidance of the doctor. The needle movement method is to perform the corresponding stretching movement along the myofascial chain. The movement position is prone Position and supine position. Both groups were treated once a day for 2 weeks. The two groups were treated once a day for 2 weeks. The patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment. The main clinical efficacy indicators were VAS score and modified ODI score, and the secondary indicators were clinical symptoms and signs score. Finally, the data were analyzed.Results1.Clinical efficacy:In the exercise aponeurotic acupuncture group,8 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. In the conventional acupuncture group,3 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. After the treatment, the total effective rate of the exercise aponeurotic acupuncture group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 83.33%.In the comparison of the curative effect distribution, through the rank sum test, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group.2.VAS scores:The VAS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group by comparison between the groups. There is statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease in the observation group was significantly better than the control group by comparison between the groups, and the difference was statistically significant.Academic significance(P<0.05).3.Modified ODI scores:The modified ODI scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease in the observation group was significantly better than the comparison between the groups In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the modified ODI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. There is statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Clinical symptoms and signs scores:The clinical symptoms and signs scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decline in the observation group was significantly better than the comparison between the groups In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group by comparison between the groups. There is statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth conventional acupuncture and exercise tendon acupuncture can relieve pain, restore function and improve symptoms and signs in patients with low back myofascitis.Through comparison,it is found that exercise tendon acupuncture not only has satisfactory short-term effect, but also has good long-term effect.
