| Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of diseases and syndromes of the geriatric diseases in China;To explore the systematic and standardized classification methods of TCM;And to explore the characteristics of TCM state of the geriatric diseases by using this classification method.Methods:This research object is the metadata of the modern Chinese medicine clinical literature on geriatric diseases.Disease and syndrome terms in the subject headings and keywords were normative,and were systematically classified and coded.Analyze the characteristics of aging diseases,TCM syndromes and their relationship.According to the TCM state framework constructed in this study,the TCM syndrome name was converted into the TCM state name,and the characteristics of TCM state of geriatric diseases were systematically analyzed.1.Document metadata analysis method: Searched for the geriatric diseases literature researched by Chinese medicine on Sino Med,which published since the establishment of the library until April 2018.and the metadata of the literature was exported.and the literature bibliographic text is converted into a database format through the self-developed data conversion tool,and is imported into the Access database for management.The metadata included in the analysis is the subject or keyword containing the disease or syndrome content.2.Terminology standardization method: word segmentation,semantic disambiguation,and term classification mark on subject headings and keywords.Including:(1)TCM disease and syndrome terminology: refer to the "TCM syndrome classification and code" for disease and syndrome name specification and coding;(2)Western medical disease name specification: refer to ICD 10 for disease name specification and coding;(3)TCM State Standards and Coding: Under the guidance of the TCM State Classification Framework,the TCM syndrome name is converted to the TCM state name and encoded,and the TCM state is composed of the state base,which consists of the diseased element and the pathogenic and pathogenesis element.3.Statistical analysis method: using SAS 9.3 software programming statistics.Including:(1)Frequency statistics: frequency of literature citations of Chinese and Western medicine diseases,TCM syndromes,and TCM state;(2)Analysis of association rules: analysis of the relationship between disease and syndrome and disease and state and state.(3)The result is output in Word format using the proc report process.Results:A total of 8822 articles were retrieved,and the documents that did not meet the requirements were excluded.A total of 6652 articles were finally included in the literature.1.Classification of disease syndrome in geriatric diseases1.1 Frequency of geriatric diseasesA total of 898 kind of Western diseases were involved,circulatory diseases accounted for 27.58%,musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases accounted for 12.88%,and mental and behavioral disorders accounted for 10.29%.The main Western medical diseases were hypertension,dementia,coronary heart disease,diabetes and stroke,accounting for 11.00%,9.61%,4.80%,4.68% and 3.99%,respectively.There were 110 kinds of TCM diseases involved,84.88% of internal medicines,and 6.99% of orthopedic diseases.The most frequent medical diseases were cardiac diseases,accounting for 41.29%;followed by liver diseases and spleen diseases,accounting for 14.37% and 13.77%,respectively.The most frequent names of TCM were dementia,constipation,stroke,rickets and fractures,accounting for 27.04%,11.06%,7.57%,7.53% and 6.46%,respectively.1.2 Frequency of TCM Syndrome Classification of Geriatric DiseasesThe syndromes of geriatric diseases mainly include yin、yang 、qi 、 blood and sputum syndrome and viscera and meridian syndrome,which accounted for 47.32% and 38.32% respectively.The yin、yang 、qi 、 blood and sputum syndrome mainly consisted of phlegm syndrome,blood syndrome and gas syndrome,accounting for 22.02%,19.75% and 19.20% of TCM syndromes respectively.Visceral and meridian syndrome mainly consisted of kidney syndrome,liver syndrome and spleen syndrome,accounting for 27.84%,13.10% and 11.65%,respectively.Among the frequency of syndromes,the number of kidney deficiency syndromes was the highest,accounting for 9.42%;followed by blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 8.46%;again,the deficiency syndrome,accounting for 4.77%.1.3 Frequency of TCM syndromes of common geriatric diseases1.3.1 Frequency of TCM syndromes of common geriatric diseases(Western disease name)The highest weight of hypertension syndrome is blood stasis syndrome,the weight value is 22.13;the largest weight of dementia syndrome is kidney deficiency syndrome,weight value is 35.17;the largest weight of diabetes syndrome is kidney deficiency syndrome,weight value 30.45;the largest weight of coronary heart disease syndrome is kidney deficiency syndrome,the weight value is 40.6;the largest weight of stroke syndrome is blood stasis syndrome,and the weight value is 38.28.1.3.2 Frequency of TCM Syndrome in Common geriatric diseases(TCM disease Name)The largest weight of dementia syndrome is kidney levels of element,basic state and TCM state based on the research of the geriatric diseases and and TCM syndrome classification.And characteristics of TCM state of the geriatric diseases were analyzed.2、The research on the naming rules and classification and coding system of TCM state system for geriatric diseases is beneficial to the statistical analysis of the characteristics of TCM state of geriatric diseases,and can provide reference for the formulation of personalized health care programs for geriatric diseases. |
