Objective:Through the relationship of force and displacement stress-strain by biological signal test system,establish the Finite element model of the human lumbar spine,elaborate biomechanical effect mechanism of manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation on lumbar;at the same time,analysis the video image motion angle、Displacement and angular velocity of manipulation of lever location,research the specification and safety of manipulation.Methods:30 healthy volunteers were elected and subjected to manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation,collected pressure and displacement data of two methods by the biological signal test system.Obtain physical mechanics parameter:μ=0.3874,E=3.97N/mm2through calculation of the human lumbar spine finite element model,and draws the relation formula of stress and displacement X=0.29F,obtain the force of two different manipulation and the corresponding displacement by the formula F(N)=[F1×F2]÷[F3F4].The L4-5 vertebral body,intervertebral disc and adjacent muscle tissue were used as a biological system as a whole.The finite element model of the lumbar spine was established,and the relationship between the pressure and displacement of the two manipulations were calculated by the model.And choose a healthy volunteer,produced six manipulations of lever location of the whole process,the video screenshot,total interception 529 images,select the 72 pieces of key points were analyzed,manipulation of lever location angle、Displacement and angular velocity data were obtained.Results:Through statistical software analysis manipulation of lever location and thenar knead pressure data by chi square test p=0.00<0.01),indicating that the pressure generated by the two manipulation have significant difference;through statistical software analysis manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation displacement data by chi square test p=0.00<0.01),indicating that the displacement generated by the two manipulations have significant difference;at the same time measured angle of volunteers of hip and knee joint marker line and a horizontal line(76.33 ±0.82)and operator right elbow olecranon tip and volunteers of knee marker point line and a horizontal line angle(60.46 ± 1.89).Get the operator left elbow point displacement(7.38 ± 0.68)cm and volunteers left knee joint marker displacement(6.67±0.37)cm.Approach to the trigger point when the ω1(15.28±3.18),from the trigger point to the maximum angle of ω2(31.82 ± 8.83).Conclusion:By using the finite element biomechanical model of the human lumbar spine,the biomechanical mechanism of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was revealed.At the same time,using the method of video image analysis,the standardization and security of the manipulation of lever location is established.
