Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granules For The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Clinical Study With Anxiety Status

Objective:In order to observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granule on stable angina pectoris and anxiety state of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis,it provides a basis for clinical application.Method:Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety status who were eligible for inclusion of spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis were randomly number table method divided into control group(Benazepril hydrochloride,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with psychological intervention)and treatment group(control group + Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granule treatment)30 cases each.8 weeks after continuous treatment,observe the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,angina pectoris score,hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),blood lipid series improvement and general safety indicators,evaluation The efficacy and safety of the drug.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine are as follows: In terms of TCM clinical symptom scores,the control group is effective in improving symptoms such as chest pain,chest tightness,emotional restlessness,upset irritability,flank swelling or pain(P<0.05),and all the symptoms of the Chinese medicine in the treatment group are improved(P<0.05);And the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the control group was 60.0%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of angina pectoris symptoms: The scores of angina pectoris after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the reduction score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of curative effect,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of HAMA evaluation results: In the HAMA scale,the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group had better score reduction than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of the HAMA scale,The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 63.3% in control group.The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of blood lipids: Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were lower in the two groups(P<0.01),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level increased(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing TC,TG and LDL-C(P<0.05);In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.0%,compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 80.0%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of safety: only 1 case of diarrhea occurred in the treatment group,and then disappeared spontaneously,the incidence rate was 3.3%;In the control group,1 case of skin itching,1 case of gastrointestinal discomfort,and disappeared afterwards;1 case of dry cough symptomatic disappearance,the incidence disappeared,the incidence rate 10%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi granule can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris complicated with anxiety.2.Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granule can reduce the HAMA scale score of patients with stable angina and anxiety,improve the anxiety state of patients.3.Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granule can effectively regulate the level of blood lipids in patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety(reducing the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C),so that patients have more benefits in cardiovascular disease.4.Shugan Jianpi Tiaozhi Granules showed no obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
