| Objective:Target to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment rate by analyzing the imaging features of secondary tuberculosis in children, and comparing with adults to find out the similarities and differences. Methods:The clinical data and CT imaging features of 75 children with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from August 2012 to September 2017 were analyzed, and 85 cases of adult secondary pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the control group, and the differences and similarities in clinical manifestation, focal location, density and complication were compared. Results:In part, there were 29 cases in the left upper lobe,32 cases in the left inferior lobe,42 in the left inferior lobe,42 in the right upper lobe,48 in the right upper lobe,30 in the right upper lobe and 25 in the medial middle lobe in the left lung, and 53 in the left upper lobe,53 in the left lower lobe,69 in the right upper lobe, and 69 in the right. There were 69 cases of posterior lobe of upper lobe,50 cases of anterior lobe of right lung and 45 cases of middle lobe.In the shape of the lesion, there were 65 cases of patch shadow in children,60 cases of light slice,68 cases of lobular center, acinus nodule and fusion shadow,69 cases of fibrous cord shadow,30 cases of bronchovascular bundle thickening,4 cases of tuberculoma, and 13 cases of satellite focus. In adult cases, there were 82 cases of plaque shadow,82 light film,85 cases of lobular center, acinus nodule and fusion,85 cases of fibrous cord shadow,18 cases of bronchovascular bundle thickening,14 tuberculoma, and 38 satellite foci.In density,44 cases of calcification were formed in children,33 cases of traction bronchiectasis,17 cases of thick wall cavity,3 cases of hard wall cavity,72 cases of calcification in adult cases,73 cases of stretch bronchiectasis,55 cases of thick wall cavity and 13 cases of hard wall cavity. In the formation of extrapulmonary tuberculosis,27 cases of bronchial tuberculosis and 17 cases of adult bronchial tuberculosis. To sum up,the incidence of lesions in the upper lobe of the left lung, the left lower lobe, the right upper lobe and the medial middle lobe in the left lung was lower than that of the adult.Satellite foci, calcification, stretch bronchiectasis, thick wall and hard wall cavitation were lower than adults. The incidence of bronchial vascular bundle thickening and bronchial tuberculosis was higher than that in adults, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Children with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis in adults with clinical symptoms of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis and its predilection site, children with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis history is relatively short,in the left lung lobe of left lung, lower lobe, right upper lobe and middle medial segment lesion occurrence rate is lower than the adult, the lesions on the spot shadows, light shadow, centrilobular nodules, and acinar fiber cord, tuberculoma and satellite lesions were lower than adults,in the form of bronchiolectasis was higher than that of adults, calcification, traction bronchiectasis, thick wall and hard wall cavity lesion density, lower than the adult, concurrent disease the incidence of bronchial tuberculosis is higher than that of adults, and the clinical value of the diagnosis is obvious. |
