Research And Implementation Of Remote Consultation System Based On Web

The distribution of medical resources in big cities and underdeveloped areas in China is not balanced and there is a big gap,especially in the central and western regions and remote rural areas where there is a lack of better hospital and expert resources,resulting in a more prominent problem of difficulty in seeing a doctor.With the rapid development of computer communication,network security and multimedia technology,telemedicine has been greatly promoted,especially teleconsultation.Through the remote consultation platform,hospitals and patients in different regions can connect with each other,so that patients can enjoy expert consultation in different places in the region.Its cross-regional,cross-temporal characteristics make patients see a doctor safely,efficiently and conveniently.Therefore,the realization of remote consultation system has great application value.Based on the actual investigation,this paper analyses and summarizes the needs of remote consultation,designs and develops a web-based remote consultation system.The main functions of the system include medical record collection,consultant recommendation,remote consultation,remote education and system management.Teleconsultation includes consultation,information consultation and video consultation.Video consultation enables grass-roots doctors and patients to communicate face to face with consultants,which not only makes patients feel at ease but also makes them more receptive to telemedicine.Grass-roots doctors also improve their diagnostic level in exploring treatment plans with consultants.The system designs system functions and related business processes based on the service model of grass-roots doctors.It uses PHP development language,B/S structure,Symfony framework and MySql database to complete system development.The paper designs a personalized consultant recommendation function for teleconsultation system,compares the similarity between patient’s medical record text and consultant’s text in the field of treatment.The higher the similarity is,the better the match between patient’s condition and consultant’s field of treatment is,so that patients can better recommend consultant’s who are in accordance with their condition.The realization of this function improves the efficiency of consultation and avoids repeated medical consultation.
