Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Medicine-separated Moxibustion On Treatment Effect And Serum IL-6 Level In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of medicine-separated moxibustion on the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Kidney Yang Deficiency,and the effect of this method on serum IL-6 level of patients,then explore its mechanism.Methods: Divide 60 patients,who meet the inclusion criteria,into experimental group and control group with every 30 patients,according to randomized control principle.Experimental group adopted the method of medicine separated moxibustion,the acupoints selected ShenQue,Guan Yuan,ZhongJi,ZiGong(double),SanYingJiao(double),the acupoints in the control group were the same as those in the experimental group,the control group was treated with the method of bran separated moxibustion,two groups were treated for 3 months,to observe the end of the two groups before and after treatment the ratio of kidney yang deficiency symptoms to improve the situation,the serum level of IL-6 and the level of LH,FSH,LH/FSH.The data obtained using SPSS24.0 software for statistical analysis.Result:1.Kidney yang deficiency symptoms in menstrual disease: After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).It showed that both groups could improve the kidney yang deficiency symptoms of patients,compared with the control group,the experimental group has obvious advantages.2.Serum IL-6: the level of serum IL-6 in the experimental group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group had a significant lower elevation.Between the two groups after treatment,the results have significant differences statistical significance(P<0.05).Comprehensive data analysis showed that both groups could reduce the level of serum IL-6,and the experimental group was more significant than the control group.3.LH,FSH and LH/FSH: The levels of LH,FSH and LH/FSH in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of LH and the increase of FSH in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the improvement of sex hormone level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Overall curative effect: the total effective rate of experimental group was 83.33%,and that of control group was 62.09%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that medication-separated moxibustion was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with kidneyyang deficiency syndrome.Conclusion: The method of medicine separated moxibustion is effective in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Kidney Yang Deficiency,which can improve the clinical symptoms,improve patient’s sex hormone level,and can significantly reduce the serum IL-6 level.This method is a safe and effective treatment.
