A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency Type With Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined With Yougui Pill By Tongbu Qijing Method

Purpose: In order to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome,the control group was set up to observe and compare the acupuncture and moxibustion of Tong Buqijing Meridian method in the treatment of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome.To elucidate the theoretical basis of Tongbu Qijing method and to explore the mechanism of its therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome,and summarize the progress of clinical application of this method.Clinical Data And Methods:Sixty patients with kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture and moxibustion group and control group.The control group was not treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and was treated only by taking Yougui pills plus or minus.After three courses of treatment,the menstrual cycle of the patients before and after treatment was recorded statistically,and the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms were recorded.The pregnancy status in the patients with pregnancy was determined by BMI,sex hormone five items FSHH,LH,LH / FSHE2 T,B ultrasonic examination of ovarian size data,using SPSS17.0 software to carry on the unification.To evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between acupuncture group and control group in age,course of disease,TCM symptom score,sex hormone and ovarian volume(all P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion group was 96.43 and the total effective rate of control group was 79.31.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the clinical effect of acupuncture group was better than that of control group.3.2 groups before and after treatment of TCM kidney deficiency scores were compared statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting that the 2 treatment means can improve the kidney deficiency of TCM.After treatment of the 2 groups of TCM kidney deficiency scores were compared between two groups was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),showed that acupuncture group in improving TCM kidney deficiency scores on effect than the control group.4.After treatment,the serum sex hormones were compared before and after treatment.The difference between the acupuncture group and the control group on the three items of LHH / FSHT was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the control group on the two items(P < 0.05).The results showed that the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion group on correcting the level of LHH / FSHT was better than that of the control group,but there was no difference between the two groups on FSHE2.5.The difference between the two groups before treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the two treatments could reduce the ovarian volume,and the ovarian volume of the two groups were compared after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the effect of acupuncture group on reducing ovarian volume was better than that of control group.6.After treatment,there were 8 pregnancies(47.06)in acupuncture group and 3 cases in control group(15.79.2).The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),which indicated that the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion group was better than that of control group in improving pregnancy rate.Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with oral Yougui Pill was better than that of control group in the treatment of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome,and the menstrual cycle of acupuncture group was improved to some extent.2.The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with acupuncture and moxibustion with Tongbu Qijing method can improve the clinical manifestation of kidney deficiency syndrome,adjust the hormone level,improve the pathological changes of ovary and increase the pregnancy rate.So as to improve the clinical efficacy.3.The therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on polycystic ovary syndrome may be realized by adjusting the physiological function of the reproductive axis of kidney-Tiangui-Chong Ren-Gong.
